As the summer sun bathes Maryland in warmth and color, we thought this would be a great time to launch our collaborative picnic series, embracing a truly inclusive approach, highlighting other chefs in the area. We believe that true culinary delight stems from unity and the diversity of our community. Another way we are working in alignment with our core value of creative collaboration, is by extending our reach to uplift local artists from marginalized communities. Our goal is to have ongoing classes and workshops, of various topics and difficulty levels, taught by artists in the area, so that everyone has a chance to learn something new! It is also important to us, that people with any background feel safe, and seen at our farm. We firmly believe that by embracing inclusive artistry, we create a safe and welcoming space where everyone feels represented and celebrated.
