Join us for a delightful weekday dinner at our charming farm in Pikesville, MD, on October 22nd, where the beauty of the outdoors meets the joy of delicious food. We’ve partnered with Alicia of Humble Hearts Catering to offer a mouth-watering menu that you can take home for a cozy family dinner or savor right here at our picnic tables. Choose from an enticing Guava BBQ Chicken meal, complete with slider rolls, pulled chicken, creamy mac & cheese, and a refreshing pepita and apple coleslaw. Or indulge in Chef Alicia's Hot Honey Focaccia Pizza topped with prosciutto, whipped ricotta, kale, and a side of hot honey. For a warm, comforting option, don’t miss the Spiced Butternut Squash Soup paired with cheddar and herb granola. And of course, treat yourself to a delectable chocolate chip brownie with pumpkin and pepita glaze to round off your meal.

To ensure a smooth experience, we’re offering preorders only with limited quantities available. Simply swing by to pick up your delicious goodies, and find your perfect picnic spot on the grass or at one of our cozy tables in the Community Field. Feel free to bring a blanket or lawn games to enhance your outing! We’ll have a great selection of beverages available for purchase from our friends at Modern World, including herbal teas and sparkling waters, plus a free water station for your convenience—just remember to bring your reusable bottles. Meet our Collaborating Chef: Humble Hearts Catering

Often cooking by her grandmother, aunt, and mom's side, Alicia fell in love with being so creative with food. It was in their homes and kitchens that Alicia learned how to prepare bountiful soul-warming feasts, host guests with graciousness and love, and appreciation for creating beautiful and inviting environments. A graduate of Baltimore International College, with an Associate in Professional Cooking & Baking, the culinary arts continued to guide her in her studies and various roles in the culinary world. From 2004 to 2018, she worked in restaurants, event planning roles, and other catering operations. This inspired her in 2018 to establish her own catering company and proudly carry on her family's legacy of hospitality. 

 

Important to Note:

  • Parking is limited, so please limit your stay to 1 to 1.5 hours so that others can enjoy the space
  • Please carpool! Bring your friends, and come together 
  • There is limited shade in the Community Field so bring sunscreen or wear a cute hat!
  • Dogs are not permitted at this time
  • Our picnic days are kid friendly, but please be respectful of your picnic neighbors
  • In case of bad weather, we will not reschedule the event. Instead, we will honor preorders for pick up.
